Delivery Policy

At Modaturk.qa, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Qatar. Please review our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major locations across Doha and Qatar.

Some remote or restricted areas may have limited service or require additional time.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Doha: 1–3 working days.

Other areas in Qatar: 2–5 working days.

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified value (check current promotions on our website).

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order at the address you provided.

If you are unavailable, the driver may contact you to reschedule delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or result in additional delivery fees.

6. Click & Collect (Optional – if you want to offer this)

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our office at: 
Al Muntazah Trading Center, Rawdat Alkhail, Hiten Street No. 830, Area No: 24, Building 16/2 (M) Floor, Office 2, Doha

Collections are available during working hours (please call ahead).

7. International Delivery

Currently, we deliver within Qatar only. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@modaturk.qa

8. Delays & Liability

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, courier delays) may cause slight delays.

Modaturk.qa is not liable for delays beyond our control but will keep you informed at all times.
