3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

We accept secure online payments and/or cash on delivery (if applicable).

4. Orders & Delivery

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and location within Qatar.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, tights, fantasy wear) are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
