At Modaturk.qa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In their original packaging with tags and labels intact.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear & lingerie

Tights & socks

Fantasy wear

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

3. Process for Returns

or +974 7717 0404 within the return period.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
